Wholesale & Dealer Return Policy

This return policy applies to authorized dealers, distributors, and wholesale customers only.

All wholesale orders are considered final sale and are non-returnable, except in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Items damaged during transit

  • Incorrect items shipped

All claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting photos or documentation.

We do not accept returns for overstock, unsold inventory, incorrect ordering, or changes in market conditions.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement products or store credit, at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed.
